ABOUT
Dr Allison Le
Education & Training
Dr. Le earned her medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, where her passion for surgery and patient care first took shape. She completed her internship at Mount Sinai West in New York before pursuing her ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She then went on to complete a highly competitive fellowship in cornea, external diseases, and refractive surgery at the University of California, San Diego.
Credentials & Affiliations
Dr. Le is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an active member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). Philosophy of Care
Dr. Le believes that good medicine starts with listening. In a specialty where patients are often anxious about their vision and what losing it might mean for their lives, she takes her time to understand each person's concerns, goals, and circumstances before recommending a path forward. Her approach is holistic – treating not just the eye, but the whole patient. Whether the visit is routine or the diagnosis is complex, every patient who walks through her door deserves her full attention and a care plan built around their individual needs.
